Young Professional Programme

Are you at the beginning of your career and still discovering where your talents and interests lie? The Slimstock Young Professional Programme gives you the opportunity to explore different career paths while working on real supply chain challenges.

During this two-year programme, you will work with customers and experienced colleagues on projects involving supply chain optimisation, data, software and business improvement. You will receive coaching and training in Slim4 and supply chain planning, while gaining experience in areas such as consultancy, sales, pre-sales, data analysis, software development and the Slimstock Academy. The programme is flexible and tailored to your strengths, helping you discover what gives you energy and where you can make the greatest impact.

We are looking for ambitious, curious and analytical students or recent graduates who enjoy solving complex supply chain challenges, collaborating with customers and colleagues, and turning theory into practical results. What matters most is that you ask good questions, take initiative and are eager to learn. We value people who combine analytical thinking with strong communication skills, ownership and a hands-on mindset.
