The TeMa Conference is the largest event organized by TeMa and brings together students and industry professionals for a day full of inspiration, knowledge sharing, and networking. This year’s conference will take place on 17 November 2026 at MartiniPlaza Groningen (Leonard Springerlaan 2, 9727 KB Groningen).

A day full of opportunities

The TeMa Conference offers participants the opportunity to connect with leading organizations and fellow students, gain valuable insights from industry professionals, and explore potential career opportunities. Throughout the day, participants will take part in two rounds of interactive workshops and one round of sessions featuring multiple speakers. These sessions provide the opportunity to learn from professionals and gain new perspectives on the challenges and developments shaping the supply chain industry.

In addition to the program, a regular lunch will be provided. Participants can also choose to join the recruitment lunch, where you can engage with one or more participating organizations in a more personal setting and learn more about their company and career opportunities. Participation in the recruitment lunch is optional, a regular lunch will be available at the same time.

After the conference program, the day continues with our Networking Social. During the social, a company market will be organized where you can meet even more participating organizations, expand your network, and continue conversations from earlier in the day in a more informal setting. It is the perfect opportunity to connect with professionals, fellow students, and companies while enjoying a relaxed end to the conference.

Theme 2026

Every year, the TeMa Conference is centered around a current and relevant theme. This year’s theme is: “Beyond Resilience: The Intelligent Supply Chain”

As supply chains continue to face increasing complexity, disruption, and uncertainty, resilience alone is no longer enough. The intelligent supply chain looks beyond simply responding to challenges and focuses on using data, technology, and innovative solutions to anticipate change and create long-term value.

Registration

Registration for the TeMa Conference opens on 5 October 2026 at 12:00 and closes on 5 November 2026 at 23:59. When registering, please make sure to upload your anonymous CV. Your CV will be reviewed for quality as part of the registration process.
